Tanya was referred to us when we were struggling with the first realtor we found. After our very first meeting, we were completely at ease. It didn't take Tanya long at all to understand what we were looking for and how best to proceed.

One of the things that sets Tanya apart from any realtor we've worked with is her ability to adapt. When we needed her to be soft and understanding, she was. When we needed her to be firm and calculated, she was. We dealt with multiple sellers during our search, and Tanya would literally go from a meeting with a confrontational agent on the seller side to literally having tea at a retirement home with a seller of another home we were interested in.

We didn't even find out she had done this until she had the results (negative), which she coordinated and paid for out of her own pocket.

We can't say enough good things about Tanya. We had very particular criteria and successfully worked through a fairly complex negotiation. Without Tanya I don't know where we would've ended up, but it certainly wouldn't have turned out nearly as well as it did. "A nearly negligent landlord pushed us into looking to buy a home. We were pleasantly surprised to find that homes were more affordable than we imagined (first-­‐time home buyers), and Tanya did a wonderful job scouting the kinds of homes that we were looking for.
